01Principles
- Any request to cancel or change a booking must be sent promptly to ATLANTIC DRIVE through one of our official contact channels, with your booking reference.
- The financial consequences that apply to your booking are stated in writing in your booking confirmation, before any payment.
- A booking is confirmed only after validation by ATLANTIC DRIVE and receipt of the 30% deposit. The 70% balance is paid at vehicle handover.
02Cancellation by the customer
- If you wish to cancel, let us know as soon as possible through an official channel; our team replies in writing.
- If a deposit has already been paid, the terms that apply (any refund, any amount withheld) are those stated in writing in your booking confirmation and your individual contract.
- This website does not promise any automatic refund.
03Change request
- To change the dates, times or pick-up and return places, contact us through an official channel.
- A change only takes effect once ATLANTIC DRIVE confirms it in writing, subject to vehicle availability.
- If the change alters the length or price of the rental, the new amount is stated to you in writing before any payment.
04No-show or late arrival
- If you are delayed or cannot be there at the agreed time — for example because of a flight delay — contact our team as soon as possible.
- No no-show fee and no fee for arriving late to collect the vehicle is set on this website; any consequences are only those stated in writing in your booking confirmation or contract.
- Returning the vehicle late is different: late-return charges follow the scale in the rental terms (“Handover & return”) and the rental agreement, and are only applied after review and approval by a manager.
05Cancellation or unavailability on ATLANTIC DRIVE's side
- If ATLANTIC DRIVE has to cancel your booking or cannot provide the vehicle, our team contacts you as soon as possible.
- The terms for refunding any amounts already received are then stated to you in writing.
06Refunds and amounts withheld
- This website sets no penalty, no fixed amount withheld and no refund deadline.
- The specific terms are stated in writing before any payment and included in your individual rental contract.
To be validated before launch
The information confirmed so far does not allow a uniform financial cancellation rule (fees, amounts withheld, refund deadline) to be set. This point must be validated by the manager of ATLANTIC DRIVE before launch; until then, only the written terms given before payment apply.
